An open ring at each end hooks over the lobe and cartilage and can be lightly adjusted with pressure from your fingers for a perfect, secure fit. The cuff's ergonomic design ensures it stays in place securely yet does not pinch. Due to the shape of your ear and helix, the cuff may sit higher or lower than imaged on the model.
