Obsessed with creating spaces and objects that look great + function beautifully. At Formative Designs we recognize that most of us spend the majority of our lives in manmade environments, surrounded by manmade objects. We believe that these objects and environments deeply influence our lives. Design is one of the single most ubiquitous aspects of our daily experiences and one that many people disregard.

The brainchild of Sigal Hurvitz Bin, Formative Designs was created in pursuit of the vision that design - good design - should be an integral part of our everyday lives.   

A mother of three with a Bachelor's of Architecture, Sigal is a designer and artist whose approach to design is impacted by these disciplines and informs the work we do at Formative Designs. 

Our eye to detail, and thoughtful, hands-on design and curation processes are enriched by the enthusiasm and care with which we approach each project.
